Billing Entry Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ with hiring a Billing Entry Administrative Assistant on a contract to hire basis. This job will have you entering data across multiple platforms for various business units. You'll use your accurate typing skills and detail orientation to ensure data integrity.
The job duties are:
Enter and maintain billing-related data including contracts, timesheets, mileage, and reimbursable expenses
Assist with invoicing processes after training on internal systems and software
Provide backup coverage for front desk operations during absences
Create and update spreadsheets to track various project details
Perform billing tasks such as activating jobs and scanning related documents
Support scheduling coordination using shared calendars
Cross-train in administrative functions to provide coverage during team absences
Assist with contract preparation and document processing
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, including FedEx and other courier services
Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization for team members
Your qualifications will include:
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience or data entry experience.
- Able to work in office Monday through Friday.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing speed.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
