LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Tempe. This organization is looking to hire a customer service/order entry representative. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully on site. You may be required to work an occasional Saturday morning as needed. The hourly rate is between $19/hr-$23/hr DOE.

The Customer Service & Order Processing Representative will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, and providing excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system
  • Communicate order status, shipping details, and product availability
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams (shipping, warehouse, sales) to ensure fulfillment accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and order processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with order management or ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Tempe, AZ
  • Availability for occasional Saturday mornings as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
