Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near South Scottsdale who is looking for a customer service/call center representative to join their team. This role is fully onsite, but offers a flexible start time between 6am-8am. The hourly rate is up to 22/hr.

This is a fully onsite role supporting a high-volume inbound call environment, where you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver an exceptional service experience. While the role is primarily phone-based, some written communication via email will also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Document all customer interactions in the system with a high level of detail and accuracy

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email as needed

  • Troubleshoot and de-escalate customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and attendance

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy

  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
