Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near South Scottsdale who is looking for a customer service/call center representative to join their team. This role is fully onsite, but offers a flexible start time between 6am-8am. The hourly rate is up to 22/hr.
This is a fully onsite role supporting a high-volume inbound call environment, where you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver an exceptional service experience. While the role is primarily phone-based, some written communication via email will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions in the system with a high level of detail and accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries via email as needed
Troubleshoot and de-escalate customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and attendance
Qualifications:
Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
