We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join a dynamic team for a top client in the premium apparel space. This role is the critical link between creative concepts and flawless execution, ensuring every garment meets exacting standards while supporting rapid growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and overseas factories to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities
Manage product development from design handoff through production handoff for seasonal collections and special projects
Serve as technical liaison between internal teams and overseas factories to ensure accurate execution of specifications
Create detailed tech packs in PLM systems, including garment construction, measurements, and print placement
Review samples, lab dips, and strike-offs for accuracy in measurements, construction, colors, branding, and packaging
Qualifications
Degree in Fashion Design/Development or equivalent experience
2+ years of apparel product development experience, including construction, fit, sketches, and tech packs
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM systems (Gerber Yunique preferred)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate across teams
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
