LHH Recruitment is currently hiring for a contract to permanent Recruiter in Tempe, AZ. This position will have you in charge of the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiation of job offers. You’ll primarily be filling sales positions within the organization, and working directly with the Sales Managers to interview and hire talented sales people into the organization.

The job duties:



  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates and applicants, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in person interviews, and negotiating job offers.


  • Ensuring an amazing candidate experience, so even if an applicant is not selected for a role they feel that the time they spent was valuable and engaging.


  • Working with hiring teams to reconfigure processes, improve and streamline, and increase candidate satisfaction with the hiring process.


Your qualifications should include:



  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a rapidly growing environment, and experience working as an agency recruiter is also desirable.


  • Experienced recruiting and hiring for sales positions, repair technicians and administrative staff.


  • Comfortable hitting hiring goals, working with multiple hiring managers and managing workloads all at once.


  • Stellar communication and team work skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree, but also will consider equivalent professional experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Chris Collins
