$23.00 - $26.00 per Hour
- Communicate with banks to assist in resolving and researching posting items.
- Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations.
- Review account ledgers and identify items requiring additional research.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve outstanding items.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2+ years of accounting related experience
- Additional consideration given to candidates with Real Estate, Title and Escrow, or Trust Accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting systems and terms
- Experience in bank reconciliation
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with continual attention to detail.
- Demonstrated high level of customer service and time management skills.
- Consistent and positive attitude to accomplish team needs.
