Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in aligning people initiatives with organizational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and bring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise. The anticipated salary for this role is between $75,000-$90,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with leadership and employees across the U.S. and Canada to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.

· Serve as a trusted advisor on employee and labor relations matters.

· Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.

· Administer and ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian leave programs, including FMLA and ADA.

· Manage visa processes and provide support for international employee mobility assignments.

· Provide backup support for benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration.

· Collaborate on and lead HR initiatives across global and local teams, overseeing system rollouts and continuous process improvements.

· Provide support for select recruiting efforts and facilitate training sessions on topics including workers’ compensation and leadership development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

· 3 to 5 years of broad HR generalist or HR business partner experience.

· Solid understanding of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation regulations.

· Experience with global mobility and visa processes (preferred).

· Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

· Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

· Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

· Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed based on business demands.
