LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Corporate Office in Tucson, AZ that is looking for a full-time on-site Human Resources Coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Human Resources support including onboarding, recruiting support, and payroll support. Pay range $20.00 to $24.00 depending on experience.


Summary: The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various HR functions and providing administrative support. Duties include managing the recruitment process, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.


  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits information.


  • Assist with payroll processing by providing necessary information and ensuring accuracy.


  • Manage internal and external communications for the HR department.


  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.


  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.


  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or HR role.


  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Windows computer applications.


  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
