Title: Business to Business Representative Length: Direct Hire Location: Tukwila, WA
LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative to join our clients expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:Proactively identify and target potential clients within the designated market
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and add value to their business.
Prepare demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Document internal ERP system to process orders
Process orders via email & phone.
Perform high volume outbound calls
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [3] years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
ERP experience is a plus
