We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Excel skills. This is a hybrid role with an outstanding Tulsa employer.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and invoices

Prepare purchase orders and record deposits

Reconcile cash accounts

Analyze prepaid and accrued expenses

Record credit card transactions

Use Excel for data analysis and reporting

Assist in preparing financial statements

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

6+ college accounting hours preferred

Minimum three years of recent accounting experience

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to work 2 days onsite/3 days remote each week
