We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple accounting functions. This is an onsite job in Tulsa in a business casual office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • GL reconciliations

  • Manage and support billing processes

  • Enter and maintain projects in the accounting system

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) as needed

  • Support month‑end close activities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting questions or discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required

  • 3+ years of accounting experience preferred

  • Must be proficient in Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment



Pay Details: $57,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year
