Established Tulsa employer is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for an onsite position.
Duties include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Match purchase orders to vendor invoices
Create invoices from sales orders
Work with various departments to gather missing documentation and to resolve accounting related issues
Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience
Strongly prefer experience Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics GP
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Must be detailed and organized
Dependable and available to work onsite, Mon-Fri, full time
