Accounting Specialist - Accounts Receivable/Payroll

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle accounting, accounts receivable and payroll duties. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Duties:

• Process biweekly payroll

• Generate and send invoices

• Post payments

• Reconcile accounts receivables

• Journal entries

• Bank statement reconciliation

• Assist with month end

• Create reports to track financial information

Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of related experience

• Knowledge of MS Excel

• Must be available to work onsite in a full time role
