Accounting Specialist

Excellent opportunity with a stable Tulsa employer for accounting professional with strong experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable. This is a permanent onsite role in a business casual office setting.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Billing and entering invoices into customer portals


  • Reconcile transactions with statements


  • Data entry and verification of invoices/statements


  • Preparation of monthly reports


  • Cross train on accounts payable duties


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of recent experience handling accounts payable or accounts receivable duties


  • Experience with ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or Great Plains preferred


  • Must have strong Excel skills


  • Good multi-tasking required to work in a small organization where you handle a mix of duties
