Human Resources - Admin Assistant
Seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations during a temporary project. This is an onsite job in Tulsa, OK. Start immediately!
Responsibilities
Maintain HR files, employee records, organizational charts, and HR documents.
Assist with onboarding tasks, benefits enrollments, and leave tracking as needed.
Support employee relations documentation, follow‑up, and exit interviews.
Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain data accuracy.
Run basic HR reports and assist with compliance paperwork (EEO‑1, audits, WC tracking).
Track permits, licenses, certifications, and safety documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks and general HR project support.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative experience with exposure to human resource support
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with exposure to the Google Workspace (such as Google Docs and Google Sheets)
Must be available for a full-time contract role - Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a temporary project that is onsite in a business casual office setting.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
