Job Posting: Assistant Property Manager (Tax Credit Experience Required) Location: Onsite in Vacaville , CA Pay: $23 - $25 per hour


Role Overview:


We seek an Assistant Community Manager with Tax Credit experience for a 145-unit, 44-building community in Vallejo. This onsite role requires strong administrative, financial, and customer service skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Order supplies, manage office tasks, and handle resident interactions.


  • Assist with move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and waitlist management.


  • Ensure compliance with HUD, CHFA, RHCP, TCAC, and project rules.


  • Collect rent, manage deposits, and maintain resident files.


  • Schedule maintenance, track work orders, and follow up as needed.


  • Prepare recertifications, reports, and compliance documents.


  • Foster positive resident relations and uphold professional standards.


Qualifications:



  • Experience in Tax Credit property management required.


  • Knowledge of HUD, CHFA, RHCP, TCAC programs.


  • Strong admin, organization, and customer service skills.


  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.


  • Reliable transportation required.
