Job Posting: Assistant Property Manager (Tax Credit Experience Required) Location: Onsite in Vacaville , CA Pay: $23 - $25 per hour
Role Overview:
We seek an Assistant Community Manager with Tax Credit experience for a 145-unit, 44-building community in Vallejo. This onsite role requires strong administrative, financial, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Order supplies, manage office tasks, and handle resident interactions.
Assist with move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and waitlist management.
Ensure compliance with HUD, CHFA, RHCP, TCAC, and project rules.
Collect rent, manage deposits, and maintain resident files.
Schedule maintenance, track work orders, and follow up as needed.
Prepare recertifications, reports, and compliance documents.
Foster positive resident relations and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in Tax Credit property management required.
Knowledge of HUD, CHFA, RHCP, TCAC programs.
Strong admin, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
Reliable transportation required.
