Job Title: Estate Planning Specialist Location: Vancouver, Washington Schedule: In office for first six months every day and then after training, this role is remote one day per week Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + performance bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively searching for an Estate Planning Specialist for our client in Vancouver, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Estate Planning Attorney or Estate Planning Paralegal. This opportunity allows you walk away from billable hours and enter a corporate financial services company! You’ll help clients analyze their estate plans and help them plan ahead. This professional, client facing role is a great fit for someone who likes to verbally communicate with clients by phone and collaborate in an open office environment. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze various legal documents (such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Buy/Sell Agreements) to uncover and relay opportunities that align with clients’ goals
  • Active communication with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers
  • Apply and impart your estate planning expertise to benefit both clients and internal partners
  • Direct engagement with clients to collect essential estate and trust documents, along with other pertinent estate planning details
  • Handle daily interactions with both clients and team members through calls
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trust and estate planning industry
  • Proven experience in handling complex estates and thorough understanding of trusts
  • Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in managing sensitive materials and information with confidentiality
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust
