Estate Planning Specialist

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per Year
- Analyze various legal documents (such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Buy/Sell Agreements) to uncover and relay opportunities that align with clients’ goals
- Active communication with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers
- Apply and impart your estate planning expertise to benefit both clients and internal partners
- Direct engagement with clients to collect essential estate and trust documents, along with other pertinent estate planning details
- Handle daily interactions with both clients and team members through calls
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trust and estate planning industry
- Proven experience in handling complex estates and thorough understanding of trusts
- Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in managing sensitive materials and information with confidentiality
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust
