Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client's CEO in Vancouver, Washington. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with the preparation of board meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and office organization.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
