At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are thrilled to partner with a dynamic manufacturing company in Vancouver, WA. We are on the lookout for an innovative and passionate HR Business Partner to join the team and drive HR initiatives to new heights.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the company's operations, overseeing a wide range of HR functions.
Your role will involve:- Leading employee relations, compensation and benefits, workers' compensation, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Driving HR initiatives and supporting the plant's 24/7 operations.
- Directing the workload for an HR Generalist and managing performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- A strong background in manufacturing and union environments is required.
- Proficiency in Workday, ADP, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
- Willingness to work onsite 100%
- A competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 depending on years of experience in leadership
- An excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and holiday pay.
