LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is perfect for an individual who is enthusiastic about assisting the CEO and Executive Team by organizing travel arrangements and ensuring smooth coordination for tradeshow events. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and self-driven, with the capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Hours/Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Pay Details: $26-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. Location: This position is based in Vancouver, WA or Camas, WA.
Duration: 2-3 month contract Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
Maintain project documentation and track project progress.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project-related administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in project management or a related field will be a plus.
