LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedReceptionist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and multitasking. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Hours/Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, during regular business hours. Pay Details: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Location: This position is based in Vancouver, WA Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.


  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.


  • Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.


  • Provide general information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.


  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Receptionist or Secretary will be a plus.
