Benefits Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC
Type: Temporary
Work Arrangement: Hybrid or onsite, depending on client preference
Overview:
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Benefits Coordinator to assist with open enrollment activities for one of our clients in the DC area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping employees understand their benefits options and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to employee questions about benefit plans and enrollment procedures
Support the distribution of open enrollment materials and communications
Assist with data entry and verification of benefit elections
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve enrollment issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies
Provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager and HR team
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in benefits coordination or HR support
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines during peak periods

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
