Part-Time Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $75–$85 per hour

Job Type: Contract, Part Time, Ongoing Assignment

LHH is partnering with a growing personal injury practice seeking a Part-Time Personal Injury Attorney to provide consistent, ongoing support. This remote-friendly role offers autonomy, flexibility, and hands‑on case management across pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, demands, and settlement documents

• Conduct legal analysis and provide strategic recommendations

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers

• Oversee case progression, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up

• Support negotiation efforts and contribute to settlement strategy as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar license in good standing (required)

• Experience in personal injury litigation or pre‑litigation case management

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Los Angeles area candidates preferred, though not required
