Job Title: Temp-to-Hire Warranty Billing and Cancellations Clerk

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (100% Onsite)

Job Type: Temporary to Hire

Job Description:

This is a temp-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term employment within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Billing: Process warranty claims and ensure accurate billing to manufacturers. Verify and reconcile warranty payments and credits.

  • Cancellations: Handle warranty cancellations, including processing refunds and updating records. Communicate with customers and manufacturers to resolve any issues related to cancellations.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty transactions and cancellations. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and manufacturer requirements.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty billing and cancellations. Assist customers in understanding warranty terms and conditions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service department, accounting team, and manufacturers to ensure smooth processing of warranty claims and cancellations. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to warranty billing and cancellations. Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in warranty billing, cancellations, or a related field within the automotive industry is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and manufacturers.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle complex situations and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or training in automotive warranty processing is a plus.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
