Our client in Morris County, NJ is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for two of their locations. Summary:
Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. Contribute to operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-4 years).
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
