A growing organization in the Winston‑Salem area is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the accounting team during a period of increased workload. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate need—ideal for someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter invoices into the system

  • Assist with special projects

  • Prepare cash receipts, un-cash check letters, and refund checks

  • Respond to vendor inquiries professionally

  • Understand the principles of accounting, specifically AP

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience

  • Experience with invoice matching, coding, and processing payments

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working in an ERP or accounting system

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
