A growing organization in the Winston‑Salem area is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the accounting team during a period of increased workload. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate need—ideal for someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Enter invoices into the system
Assist with special projects
Prepare cash receipts, un-cash check letters, and refund checks
Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
Understand the principles of accounting, specifically AP
Qualifications
1+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
Experience with invoice matching, coding, and processing payments
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in an ERP or accounting system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
