About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer/Recruiter to join one of our clients on a part-time contract basis in Woodstock, GA. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to support sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional in-office presence in Woodstock, GA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
