Job Summary
LHH is partnering with an organization in the Baltimore, MD area seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. Flexible hours, including options from 9 AM to 6 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Employee engagement and retention
Compliance and reporting
Employee and labor relations
Compensation and benefits administration
Training and development coordination
Qualifications:
3-5 years of HR generalist experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Demands:
The HR Generalist must be able to perform essential responsibilities, which may include:
Talking and listening
Sitting, standing, and walking
Using hands and fingers for typing and handling materials
Occasional climbing and reaching
Work Environment:
The HR Generalist will primarily work in a temperature-controlled office setting with moderate noise levels, as well as exposure to a warehouse and production environment. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $65,000 - $68,500
Full-time, regular employment
