LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is an onsite, contract position. With a vibrant team of experts, our client delivers extensive financial and tax services to a varied client base and is celebrated for their dedication to excellence and tailored client care. Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and M3
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable with invoices and reconciling discrepancies
  • Preparing financial reports summarizing client’s financial status
  • Assisting with payroll processing (tax return preparation and reconciliation)
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Experience with Excel (proficient with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables)
  • Seeks a family-oriented individual who can thrive in a relaxed, non-corporate setting while adhering to established rules and regulations.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • CPA certification or eligibility is a plus.
Salary Range:
  • Up to $65,000/ year
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Search managed by: Darryl Surjadi
