- Recording daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and M3
- Managing accounts payable and receivable with invoices and reconciling discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports summarizing client’s financial status
- Assisting with payroll processing (tax return preparation and reconciliation)
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience with Excel (proficient with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables)
- Seeks a family-oriented individual who can thrive in a relaxed, non-corporate setting while adhering to established rules and regulations.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- CPA certification or eligibility is a plus.
- Up to $65,000/ year
